For two days and one night on 23–24 May 2026, BPH EDSA held its annual upgrading event at Villa Asia Jaya, Pacet. Attended by BPH members, the program was organized as part of EDSA’s annual internal program to strengthen relationships among members while improving teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
The activities began on Saturday, 23 May 2026, with members gathering and preparing for departure at 10.30 AM before leaving for the villa at 11.30 AM. After arriving at approximately 2.00 PM, participants were given time to rest, pray, and prepare for the evening agenda.
The first main activity was a proposal review session with Mr. Pujo Sakti Nur Cahyo. While waiting for the session to begin, members spent time playing games and interacting with one another. To ensure more participation, the review session was also conducted through Google Meet, allowing members who were unable to attend in person to join remotely.
The session began in the evening after dinner and prayer time. During the review, members received evaluations, feedback, and suggestions regarding their proposed work programs and organizational plans. Following the session, participants spent the rest of the evening resting and socializing with one another before preparing for the next day’s activities.
On the second day, members participated in morning exercise and outbound activities designed to strengthen teamwork, communication, problem-solving abilities, and solidarity. Through various games and group challenges, they were encouraged to collaborate actively while maintaining a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.
The upgrading program provided opportunities for BPH members to strengthen their sense of togetherness beyond formal organizational activities. Through both formal sessions and informal interactions, participants were able to build closer relationships and improve coordination among members.
Puspa Dwi Amalya, Head of EDSA, shared that the event is a reminder of why “EDSA it’s Our Home” is more than just a slogan. Through games, conversations, laughter, and shared experiences, the program became a space where members could feel connected, supported, and comfortable growing within the organization.
Overall, the 2026 BPH EDSA Upgrading successfully fostered stronger communication, teamwork, and organizational bonds among members while creating meaningful experiences throughout the two-day event.
